I’m using this for mood enhancement and energy. It definitely is working so far. I notice I don’t feel as anxious as I usually am. And I have a lot more energy (physically and mentally) to clean and do other things. I mix about a teaspoon or less with decaffeinated coffee. It mixes well and the taste is mild. I will definitely order it again.

Excellent herb, I take it daily

I’ve used other Antler Farms products and they have always been very high quality, so I was excited to give their maca powder a shot. Maca has always intrigued because of its many potential health benefits such as improving energy & stamina and mental focus & brain function. There are many other benefits which you can research for yourself.I first mixed a tablespoon with water and was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t clump up and dissolved pretty well. It had a mild nutty taste, but its flavor was not very noticeable which was exactly what I wanted.Now I typically mix it with coffee, smoothies, and pre-workout drinks where I don’t really notice the taste at all. I think it’s a perfect complement to anyone with an active lifestyle or those who want an alternative to pills. Great job, Antler Farms!
