utile, bello a vedersi, ben rifinito. la vostra cervicale vi ringrazierà
Ho dei grossi problemi di cervicali, dovuti alla postura da ufficio che ahimè non riesco a correggere.Tra i vari tentativi che ho fatto per stare meglio c'è stato anche quello di alzare il monitor del pc, così da tenere una posizione più eretta nella schiena e nel collo, per affaticare meno la zona cervicale.Inizialmente ho provato mettendo una risma di carta sotto al supporto del monitor e ho visto che effettivamente la postura migliorava, ma la risma di carta non è molto elegante da vedere in uno studio, così ho cercato un supporto che fosse anche più carino a vedersi.Questo supporto della Navaris è ben fatto e ben rifinito, in legno nero, ma c'è anche in altri colori (legno naturale, più scuro e bianco), misura 34,5 cm di lunghezza, 24 cm in profondità e circa 7 cm in altezza, quanto basta per tenere gli occhi più alti ed il collo più dritto. Come vedete dalle foto sotto è vuoto, per non appesantire visivamente la scrivania.E' in vendita a € 29.99, se ne trovano anche di più economici ma sono decisamente meno carini a vedersi e più invasivi, questo trovo che stia bene su qualsiasi tipo di scrivania, basta scegliere il colore che più si abbina. Secondo me vale la pena spendere qualcosa di più ma avere un bel prodotto, ben rifinito e gradevole a vedersi.Io ne sono soddisfatta e lo consiglio a tutte le persone che passano molto tempo al computer, per lavoro o per piacere, perché la postura da computer è deleteria per il nostro fisico e basta qualche piccolo accorgimento per migliorarla un po'.
