I’m a huge fan of a “no makeup-makeup look,” and this brow pen does the trick! Filling in my brows has always been very tricky as I have a significant scar going through one of my brows that makes it difficult for them to look natural when filled in. This pen absolutely changed the game on that! I love that I’m able to create hair-like strokes wherever my brows are sparse (including my scar gap), creating a gorgeous natural brow. Since I am a dark blonde, the blonde pen does require some blending, but using a stiff spoolie after applying really does the trick. I recommend starting with a clear brow gel (I use Benefit’s 24 hour setting gel) to get your brows in place before filling them in, and then setting them with clear gel to keep them in place all day. I had makeup on for nearly 15 hours today and my brows did not budge at all. This is a miracle product!!

It was a good colour for me and had a very precise brush. Easy to apply. Product seemed very fresh.

I've tried the cheap, imitations and drugstore dupes but they don't compare to Anastasia. Caramel is my go-to color. I'm a warm, strawberry/golden blonde with green eyes. It's difficult trying to find a warm eyebrow color without it being too orange or taupe (which also turns green with the dupe brand). Caramel is the perfect middle ground. The application is smooth and buildable but be careful to not overdo it. Otherwise, the color can be very harsh. To fix this, apply translucent powder over the brow to set it after applying the brow pen--this will also mute any harsh lines. One trick I've learned is to apply makeup base and powder first over the eyebrow area and the pen adheres better and lasts longer. The only issue is the pen can become clogged. The pen typically lasts around 1.5 to 2 months depending on usage.
