Q: Do these warp when put in the dishwasher with high heat like other plastic cutting boards?

They bend but mine haven't warped, only slightly curved but still completely usable.

Haven't tried it, but it's plastic and plastic can melt. I would use a trivet or a flat potholder if you want to place a hot pot on a surface other than the stove which would also protect the surface you place the pot on.

I have used mine a lot. Yes, the knives do leave cut marks, but don’t go all the way through. My old wooden cutting boards also had many cut marks as well. These are lightweight and don’t take up much space in my small kitchen.

I don't understand your question. Do you mean cutting mat can be inserted in the cutting board. My answer in that case is yes, But it depends on the cutting board you have.
