good product. performs. worth the price
these work. absolutely recommend. and yes, the don't help you ease to sleep with no hangover/hangaround. if you have any problems with leg cramps, you know that price doesn't factor in if it works v there's also a daytime version.

WORKS!
I am notorious for exercising too much without drinking enough. Then I get bad foot/ankle/leg cramps in the evening and during the night. Even when I think I am trying to drink enough, it can happen. This product is the best - tablets dissolve in the mouth immediately and bring quick relief. The pill form works also but not as quick or thorough. I take the non-dissolvable tablets sometimes as preventive when I know I will be exercising hard. Magnesium tablets can help too. The dissolvable form can be hard to find. I am so grateful for this product!

These tablets work!
I need to take 4 tablets at once with water and wait to melt in my mouth. Stand up and walk around a little. After about 10 minutes the cramps go away and I can go back to sleep and the cramps do not come back. This is very good!

Hyland's leg cramps
Works great and quickly for my nighttime leg cramps. I like that it dissolves quickly in mouth. Does help me to get back to sleep. There is another version that can be used for cramps in the daytime without sleepy effects.

These REALLY work!
I was hesitant to try these but night leg cramps were keeping me from sleeping— no sleep AND pain does not create a “joyful” countenance. Dissolve three under the tongue just before I get in bed and NO cramps from the three nights I have used them! Thank you, Lord!

Stopped my leg from twitching at bedtime
I believe these pills helped me. I thought I had restless leg syndrome. My left leg would twitch at night. These pills have helped a lot. I put 2 under my tongue at bedtime. They melt as I fall to sleep.

Works! Along with some exercises before bed, I'm cramp free!
Need to take 3-ish each night and 3-ish if you still have a leg cramp at night. I've been taking these for a few weeks now and coupled with 1.5 minutes of hamstring stretches followed by 25 deep knee bends I am almost cramp free. It's made my life a lot better! But 50 doesn't go to far so be sure to buy multiple bottles!

Great for preventing leg-cramps after working in the heat.
I'm retired, now do lots of yard-work around our house. Several years ago, a problem developed. If I did heavy work on a really hot day, I would wake up at 2:00 a.m. with extremely painful leg cramps. Wife would have to grab my feet and pull hard, before the cramps would go away, after several minutes of shear, near-screaming agony. Pharmacist suggested this product. I was skeptical, since it's not a real, doctor-approved, prescription-type medicine. But it works! I take 2 or 3 tablets before bed on days I've been working out in the heat. Sometimes a couple more during the night. Those tortuous attacks of the cramps haven't come back. It's something called "homeopathic" medicine. I had never heard of this; it sounds sort of like bogus, new-age hokum. It contains, among other ingredients, an extract of poison ivy. But oddly, it really works! My only criticism is, the product needs a real name. "Leg Cramps" is the symptom, not a proper name for this medicine.
