Can I use this to cut a hoop that’s stuck in my nose piercing?

They go dull pretty easily and it would depend on the thickness of the hoop. I cut 22 gauge wire with mine and it's rather thin, but give it a try.

Why advertise, people order within a certain amount of time, will get their order on next day? Im still waiting I ordered on Oct 13th 2021

These statements are like "Order within the next 4 min 59 seconds and you might receive a pot of gold!" - strictly advertising hype. I have only received next day delivery from Amazon once, and I should note that i did not pay any more for it. Just my annual Prime membership.
