Wow! No matter how obscure an item is, Amazon always finds me the best in every category. This over the over lightbulb is both soft on the eyes and lights up the area very well. And at such an economical price.

First bulb lasted about 1 month. Was very careful when installing and did not "shake around".

Affordable and fits hood over stove
Moved into an apartment that had a burned-out over-stove bulb. This bulb was inexpensive and fit well over my stove, under the little plastic hood. But the bulb gets hot with use, and I'm concerned it might deform the plastic cover over time.
