This pocket-sized book makes a good companion
This pocket-sized book makes a good companion. One can carry with them this hand-held sized book all the time and read whenever one is free, to constantly remind oneself of the essence of Bhagvan’s teachings. Thank you to all those who were/are instrumental in making Bhagvan’s teachings accessible to masses. This is true service to mankind.

Ramana Maharshi's essential teachings
This is the complete essence of Ramana Maharshi's teachings and everything you need to know to have the basis of what he taught. I also bought Be As You Are, which is a longer compilation of questions and answers with Ramana Maharshi and that book is excellent as well, but this little booklet "Who Am I?" distills the teachings into the essence of what you need to reach Self realization. I have read it through multiple times and I'm sure I will continue reading it through over and over to continue applying the teachings.

Really love this small booklet
Really love this small booklet. The book size and font size are much better that the larger version[ Who Am I?: The Teachings of Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi ]. This is a great primer on the teachings of Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi. One could argue that this booklet is all the one needs, to practice Self-Inquiry. Though have found that reading other books to have helped my practice. Primarily books written by[in no particular order]: Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi David Godman Michael James Sri Sadhu Om Arthur Osborne Muruganar S.S. Cohen Sri Lakshmana Swamy Mathru Sri Sarada Annamalai Swami Robert Butler Suri Nagamma KunjuSwami Devaraja Mudaliar Kavyakantha Ganapati Muni T. K. Sundaresa Iyer And some other authors not listed. Question 13 on page 24, gives one great hope and inspiration to continue practicing Self-Inquiry: 13. The residual impressions (thoughts) of objects appear unending like the waves of an ocean. When will all of them get destroyed? As the meditation on the Self rises higher and higher, the thoughts will get destroyed. I read this booklet everyday; Thank You, Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi. *NOTE: The cover and the back are like that of the larger version. Not as currently shown.
