A little confused by instructions on reverse of box. The Recommended intake panel states: Swallow one tablet daily with water. Recommended intake should not be exceeded. Next to that is a picture of a tablet and next to that is the figure 2......

Great product. Been using for 12 months and my pain in my finger joints have all but gone.

Slightly helps
I got these glucosamine tablets for my mother who struggles with various body joint pains and can hear her bones cartilage rubbing together especially in her neck, unfortunately she's found maybe on a slight difference so far with taking these, supplied with 2 boxes of 160 tabs so 320 all in, she takes 1 tablet per day with water, tablets are rather large but she finds them ok to take but others may find them difficult to swallow.
