Satin Ice Rolled Fondant - Ivory - Vanilla - 1 kg by Satin Ice

I have used this brand many times. I have not used this container yet. Honestly it occasionally will crack. But for me I’ve used nothing better.

Easy to use, very good in inclimate conditions. Flavor not bad. Not as good as some other cake coverings but trade off is worth it when dealing with heat and humdity issues.

The icing was easy to use. It melted a bit when used on rich fruitcake after it was left in the car for about an hour . This is unlike the home made icing

I have been using Satin Ice fondant for years. Something has changed in the recipe. It is now difficult to use to cover cakes and easily tears. I will have to switch to another brand even though I have this fondant in all colors!!!

Sculpted people for the first time out of fondant. Will definitely do it again. Fun fun fun!

Good color, texture, taste

I have been using Satin Ice for a long time. It's the first time I had such a bad experience with this fondant. I don't know if it was made for a cold climate, but the fondant was so soft. I had to use so much sugar and cornstarch, but it remained soft. When transporting the cake the next day the cake collapsed and I had to take off the fondant and put a mixture of the Ivory fondant with a white one. Once again our climate here is hot and maybe it was because of that. I was happy when I received that color that I could not find here. I thank you very much.
