Great for making Swiss roll type sponges
I've used the mat on two occasions to make a sponge to roll up for two types of Swiss roll. The mat copped fine with being put in the oven at 180C and the sponges came out uniform and of a thickness that rolled well. Really indispensable tool if you want to make good Swiss rolls / cake yule logs. Easy to clean and store.

Ich finde sie sehr gut und es bleibt wirklich nichts daran kleben. Die Reinigung per Hand oder in der Spülmaschine kein Problem. Es passt auch einiges darauf und ich bin auch von der Qualität überzeugt. Sie nimmt auch keine Gerüche an, sodass man nach herzhaften Gerichten danach auch einen Biskuit ohne Bedenken darauf backen kann. Natürlich erst gründlich abwaschen! ;-)

Perfect roulade tray
Love the silicone tray as it makes removing the cake so much easier! A breeze to clean and store too. Feels good quality and, whilst I didn’t do so, they suggest using the mat to roll the roulade which is a nice idea. Very happy with my purchase - and my family are loving the roulades too!
