Has anyone used to remove dried in pet urine? Is it effective?

Yes it cleaned my carpet and left it smelling fresh.

Will it work on old stains? Like coffee etc

I don't know about old coffee stains etc but I used it on a deep ingrained stain in my bedroom which a previous commercial cleaners could not remove, and the Vytronix removed it completely. So I guess coffee stains wouldn't be a problem.
