Emitter Plates for Charbroil TRU-Infrared 4 Burner

The panels appear to be well made and fit in my 463276016 just fine though they are made slightly different than what came with the grill. The peaks and valleys are not as deep and tall. This may allow the cast iron grate to slide a little as the one that came with the grill held the grates in place. I don't' think that is going to be a big problem. The holes in the top of the peaks are larger the original and that may be a plus. Overall, for now I am well pleased and only time will tell how well they hold up.

Measure your grill. They don't fit every model listed. However at the price they are a chop saw away from fitting. Way cheaper to cut off 3/4 of an inch from the third pannel than buying thw other stanless pannels I have found. Also the feel like better quality than the painted steel junk OEM parts you can buy for twice the price. I'll update this after I've used the grill for a while to see if they last.

Dealing with this Company was easy. The product was shipped with the greats as well. They were packaged better than anything I have received from ANY Company. The products were perfect. These emitters seem to be good quality and match up to my grill well. I purchased them for the charbroil commercial grill that I have had for five years. Perfect fit at half the price of the OEM emitters. I have not evaluated long term yet, but so far so good.

Have had my Charbroil Commercial Series 4 burner (plus side burner) for 5 years - model 463242716. The original emitter panels lasted a little longer than I would have guessed as we live in high humidity area and grill year-round. But when they started to go, they deteriorated fast! (Same with my porcelain-coated grates.) Charbroil told me it would cost over $100 to replace the emitters, plus they did not know if or when they would have them in stock. Found these on Amazon and read all the reviews and issues about sizing, not lining up with the porcelain-coated grates. Took a gamble and replaced both the emitters and grates. While the emitters do not lined up with NASA precision, they are more than adequate and give me no reason to be concerned. I am happy with the emitters and hope they last more than a few years. My only concern about the emitters and how they were shipped. Luckily they were only slightly damaged but very easily could have been worse as they were only wrapped in plastic wrap and placed in a light plastic bag. Amazon tends to overkill on packaging, but these guys went the other direction, especially for something that is made out of light metal!

Retrofitted a 20 year old large Kirkland BBQ with these. Cut a thin slice off each side to fit. I was able to cook a couple of butterflied chicken on the lower grill without flare ups. Normally I would cook chicken only on the upper rack. Happy with the mod.
