Will it work in auto mode without kicking into the 1500w setting? can i force it to run automatically staying at 900 watts?

Accepted Answer

In Eco Mode it will use both the 1500 and 900 watt settings. Once your room reaches the set temperature, lets say 75 degrees, it will run at the lower wattage until it gets below that temperature. Once it gets below your set temperature, it will run at the higer wattage to get it back to your set temperature. If your house is insulated well and the tempetature doesn't drop fast it will stay at the lower wattage, because it takes less to keep it there.

Has anyone replaced their traditional heat source with these? I have a small 500 sq ft house. Would this get me thru a New England winter?

Thanks for your question about Pelonis Oil Filled Heater. This quiet heater is 1500W and it has features as below:

My friend I have cabin with a size 12x24 and insulated my question is, this Heater is enough to get my temperature up 60 degree thank you

I would say so. Of course it depends a bit on how cold it is outside and how well insulated your windows are. Our living and dining room area is about 14x30ish with TERRIBLE insulation (80 year old house w/a couple concrete walls) and we keep two of these at opposite ends running 24/7 in the winter, usually set to 70. In the spring we've only kept one on and often turn it off for being to warm. I would recommend setting the heater to 70-75 and just leave it on eco setting. They take a little time to heat up a room but once they're going they keep it toasty. We LOVE ours!
