Recommend!!! Must buy!
I originally bought this case because I was looking for something sturdy for my 9 year old daughter.Since she’s had this case, her phone has really been protected. No cracked screens, no damage to the phone AT ALL. I really liked the case because it was affordable and really child proof….. this case has REALLY EXCEEDED my expectation! We had a lot of snow and as a family we decided to go outside and play in the snow. My daughter lost her phone in the snow and we could not find it. The phone has been lost in the snow for a week, during this we’ve been below freezing temps so the snow turned into ice. I wasn’t worried about finding the phone because I knew after everything melted we would find it, I just knew the phone would be damaged, cracked. I mean we were in -0- to -15 degreesThe ice started to melt and we located the phone. GUESS WHAT?!!!! The phone still works, in GREAT CONDITION. The phone case was frozen, but when I took the phone out, there was no damage at all. We plugged it up and it started charging. I have to admit I was shocked and impressed!!This phone case is WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY! My daughter has had the phone for a year. NO SCRATCHES, NO CRACKED SCREEN and let me tell you she drops it ALL the time.If you are wondering if you should purchase this case, don’t hesitate I promise you will not regret it. I could not WAIT to write this review as I wanted to spread the great news!!This product is a MUST BUY!!! When the phone case wears out, I’ll be buying another one!!Inexpensive and exceed expectations!

Works great.
I've used this case for over 3 years now. I live in a place with hard core winters and the first winter I had it, the phone was accidentally left outside overnight in a pile of snow. When I found the phone it worked fine and still does. I have dropped it multiple times and nothing broke, granted I do have a liquid screen protector as well. At this point the cover does have a crack in it near the plug in spot, the button covering wore off, and the back has small cracks that are not full thickness so it is not actually waterproof anymore. But it certainly was for a long time and has served it's purpose well.

I don’t like it in rain. When screen gets scratched, then what?
That’s what I don’t like after a couple months…I don’t swim with my phone. I got this so I have a completely enclosed case for work because I work in a really dirty environment. It works great for that, I cannot testify to It’s under water usage, though it had the best reviews.I do take it in the shower however; so this is what I noticed that I don’t like...and I think people should be aware that it happens...*If there is ‘some’ water on the screen (and I say ‘some’ because I don’t know if it would happen when fully underwater) BUT if there is some water, or rain, or a few drips or whatever on the screen..the water affects what the screen does as if you were touching it. So, If the phone is lit up and gets sprinkled on; it can very well make a call or be pushing buttons and doing things that you’re not wanting it to do. I don’t like that💁🏼♀️Like I said, because my phone gets really dirty at work, it is cool that I can take it in the shower and wash it.I searched for a cpl wks online for a fully enclosed phone-and this one had the best reviews for sound loss. Whilst believing I have the best option regarding that, I find the amount of sound loss totally tolerable.I have an iPhone 8 and it fits perfectly. I didn’t realize it was coming with the lanyard and the little gray ‘snap bracelet’ style kickstand. The (thin, dbl-sided foam tape) stickiness on the kickstand only lasted a few days due to the phone living in/out ofmy pocket - but it ‘could’ be replaced. Overall, I think it was too small for the weight/length of the i8. The lanyard would be a must under/in water, I like it at work because I don’t always have to put dirty gloves directly ON my phone, I pull it out via lanyard.*one thing I didn’t think too much about (and most ppl wouldn’t) is that... your SCREEN PROTECTOR is PART of the case. It is built into the $20-30 case you just bought for your phone. So when it gets scratched up, you’re buying another $20-30 screen protector 💁🏼♀️That being said, I try to be careful with it- & the screen is wearing okay thus far. There are scratches but they aren’t noticeable when the phones lit. I do fear that the thinner plastic that covers the home button...may be the first thing to fail. The charging port COVER (rubber stopper); is holding up much better than I imagined. The charging port’s entry channel is very tight & will only fit smaller/slimmer end parts. I find the umbra?? Chargers from FIVE & BELOW to work/fit fine, though likely (all) charger ends are hard to pull out....and this causes the wire to get pulled apart faster

Good alternative to LProof
I'm a lifetime LifeProof case user for my iPhone, but the cost of new LP cases is more than I can handle for my iPhone 8. I opted to try this knock-off less expensive version and so far so good! It looks and feels like a typical LifeProof FRE case that I previously had. There's no cut-out to show the Apple on the back of the phone, but who cares. I haven't dropped my phone on concrete yet to see how it holds up. With a LifeProof I have dropped it on concrete with little more than a small crack to the case; phone still in perfect condition. We'll see how this compares if/when I drop it. The charger cover on this case is not ideal and I suspect will be the first thing to break off. But I don't rely on 100% waterproof-ability, so that won't be the end of the world. Touch screen works great; no issues. The silencer is a little turn knob which just takes some getting used to. But that part always wears off on LP cases so I'm willing to give this a try. All in all, if you're looking to save some money over LP cases, give this a shot.

Awesome
I have 3 of these cases now and they have been awesome for all our phones - completely waterproof so that we can wash off and stay sanitary- just as good as the original LIFEPROOF for a fraction of the pric. - I have purchased some bad knockoffs in the past but these are great. - Unfortunately, while switching phone carriers I had to remove one of my cases several times to switch SIM cards and the stress of the multiple opening and closing, it broke. Still works to protect the phone while I get a new one that is 100% waterproof but can’t find how to use the warranty since it’s only 8 months old.
