The Good, the Bad, and the Dumped: A Novel

Sigh
I looked on Amazon for ages looking for a good sounding chick-flick,and came across this one and it appealed to me very much. However it was a strange read because it's hard to say whether i liked it or not. So three stars it is. The bad points of the book was that it dived straight in, which fair enough some people like, but i felt like i needed to get to know the characters. But the author seemed to set up the characters like you already knew them. I thought the main character Posy was okay, but i wasn't keen on her sister or best friend at all, i found them hard to like. It wasn't the most humourous book but it had some good moments, most particularly i liked it when Posy remembered back to her past.

2 Stars
A very average, very silly little book!Posy and Matt are engaged to be married however Posy gets "cold feet". She decides to track down her ex boyfriends - why? I'm not really sure. As a result of this ex boyfriend searching, she.... basically finds out nothing and continued as she was. In a nutshell.A two star rating. I see this as one of those extremely light beach reads for those who don't want to think at ALL. Not for me, however.

The good the bad and the dumped
I am only half way through this book so far and am really enjoying it. Its not quite the best of Jenny Colgan I have read but worth a read. Funny, entertaining and also bit sad in some parts, im feel quite sorry for Matt at the moment. Worth a read if you like Jenny Colgan books.

Pure escapism
I don't know why some reviews are negative, this book is amazing. Really took me away from the mundane repetitive daily tasks of everyday life. Posy is a lovable character who was discovering herself and only ever wanted true love. ❤ Jenny colgan.

too much about face book for me!
I read her books when I need to chill out with something I don't have to think too much about. I found this very difficult to follow as I know nothing about face book.
