8 out of 24 pieces have arrived
I ordered a 24 pieces pack as was written in description, but received only 8 pieces. That is literally a rip-off! Expect a refund or 16 more pieces! An as I see from comments I am not the only one with such a situation.

Must Have
Work great for long rucks to keep the energy up. Flavor is good, just make sure you have water to wash it down because it is thick. A must have for long distance movements if you want to stay sharp.

It's okay
1st time I have purchased the chocolate. I usually purchase the caramel. The chocolate is okay but I prefer the caramel.

Try it
I have been using Gu since the 1990s interesting though not to tell you to drink a glass of water back in the day that's a one cup of water for one packet. But it still works gives you a kick for like a half an hour then you got you some more I love it.
