Dreirad mit Easy Clip Montage Trike – Lila

Bought this for my 22 month old for Christmas. I know it says suitable from 3 yrs but my toddler is way too big for things designed for kids his age. He's 3'2 and 50lbs, wears 4-5 years clothing. His knees were hitting off the handlebars in his Scuttlebug, so needed something bigger. This is a very sturdy, robust trike. Fabulous colour and the seat can move back so will last longer. The wheels are a hard rubber, but soft enough so going over rough terrain isn't too bumpy. It has a good weight to it, which I'm glad off as it's not so easy to tip over. My boy loves it and is always asking to go outside with it.

Honestly this is great. We have a very careful 3 year old who wasn’t ready to go on his bike and is too cautious to enjoy a scooter or balance bike. I thought trikes were aimed at younger but I saw this for ages 3+ so took a chance. It is AMAZING it’s so sturdy and big it will last him for a good couple of years. It’s light so he can actually pedal it. I thought there would be more reluctance but nope little man jumped straight on it and started pedalling. Honestly could not be happier. It’s a lot bigger than I thought it would be, honestly just the Best Buy. I can now see him enjoying himself on something without him worrying it’s amazing.

I have 4 children and had so many "ride-ons" and trikes etc this is definitely in my top 3 - bought this for my little girls 3rd birthday (average sized 3 yr old), by far the easiest thing I've ever assembled, very sturdy, lovely colour, perfect size not so big that she cant reach the pedals but plenty of room for growth and pedals aren't too stiff like some I've had before, comfy seat - an all round winner and value for money 👍

We were very pleased with the bike. A good size and very robust though we did think the wheel hubs were a little tinny and not as good quality as the rest of the bike. Grandson loved it though it was a bit big for him but would last a good few years. However 10 minutes after first use the plastic ring that holds the pedal on broke so the pedal kept falling off rendering the bike unusable. Contacted the seller who were excellent at trying to sort this out and looked into trying to source a replacement part to remedy the problem. Unfortunately this couldn't be done so the bike went back and we got a full refund. This was a shame that such a small bit of broken plastic made the bike useless. A big shout out to Joanna from after sales who was excellent at answering our emails and questions, promptly and courteously and ensuring we received the refund in a timely manner.

This bike is very sweet, but I am not happy about the rusted bolts and nuts! This is a childs bike and having rust everywhere when it's a new bike is more than annoying, it's actually quite dangerous due to where they are and if my little girl was to scratch herself on them it could easily cause a very bad skin infection! She is yet to use it as I am trying to figure out how to make it safe.
