Fantastic value
I haven't gotten a new smartphone since 2016, a Samsung Galaxy J7, so that's where my standards were at. I wanted something with a physical home button but I guess Samsung stopped making those a few years ago. Anyway. I love this phone and it was pretty cheap, about $230 when I grabbed it (end of November 2020). My last phone was constantly running out of memory, I always had to move stuff back to my SD card to make room, the camera wasn't great, etc etc. This has been a huge and immediate improvement- the camera is amazing, even on apps like Snapchat that have a known issue with Android cameras. The screen is nice and large and crystal clear. Volume and power button are easy to press. Tons of space at 128g. Only downside was, like any phone, a bunch of that space is taken up by apps included on the phone when you get it. A lot of them I was able to delete, but not all.

Perfect for my needs!
So far, this phone is awesome. I've only had it 24 hrs, but it's pretty much paid for itself already. I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy J3 (2018) because I needed more internal storage. No comment yet on the camera as I haven't had much opportunity to use it. I primarily use this phone for YouTube/Netflix and light gaming. The 4GB of ram is a noticeable improvement from the 2GB in the J3. The screen is massive and the colours are vibrant. The fingerprint reader has so far been 100% accurate, and only 1-2 face unlock fails due to low light (otherwise it's surprisingly quick and reliable).I did a lot of research on Amazon trying to find the best phone for $300 and under, and I think I made the right choice.I would recommend getting a case and pack of screen protectors at the same time as ordering the phone so you don't have to wait. It does come with a clear case if you aren't fussy about the appearance and just need something that functions. The included charger works nice and fast, but the cord was a little short for my needs (2-3 ft) so I got a 6 ft cord at Walmart and everything works well. The battery life has also been great considering the size of the screen. I think anyone looking for a budget Android that has $300 wouldn't be making a mistake getting this. Only thing is the warranty appears to only be valid in parts of Latin America, so no support in Canada. Doubt I'll have to worry about that though.
