Q: Does this ballast mount using the same holes as the OEM ballast?

On my 2009 Volvo V70 T6 it slotted straight into the existing spot and I even used the same screws. No modification needed and it has worked great since.

Yes, this is. It is the unit that powers the light bulb. You would need two if replacing it on both headlights.

Q: Does this module work on adaptive xenon headlight ?

It sure does! I got one for my 2008 335i and it worked just the same as the OEM one.

Q: if i used it the warning light in the dash disappears? no error alert?

Yes! If the cause of your warning light is the ballast, replacing it with this ballast will solve that problem. There will not be an error alert once you change it out for a working ballast. Thank you.
