I love doing scratch art and I haven’t done it in years until this recent purchase. It comes with everything you need materials wise, and since I bought several sets at the same time, I would consider this set to be the most detailed and for adults. Of course, kids of all ages could do this, but it takes a lot of focus and sometimes a magnifying glass to get into the real details on this set. Which is what I wanted… to regain some of my fine motor skills for drawing and painting. These sets are a nice way of doing some art/being creative and getting some of the precision back in your wrist and fingers. It’s a nice hobby if you’re not feeling particularly creative enough to make your own scratch art from scratch lol or just coming up with your own thing, since it is basically tracing. The quality of the colored paper underneath is very nice. It has a veneer/shiny colorful layer under the acrylic black. The acrylic black has a very good scratch quality, although I’m not quite sure how to describe it. I guess I’m thinking that a lesser quality would flake off into bigger chips or get scratched into the color layer below that could leave you with black specs everywhere that you can’t get, out not with this set. Like I said before, I purchased several of these sets from different manufacturers and this one definitely has the highest level of detail if that’s what you’re looking for. The other sets are nice too, but there is less detail so I would recommend those for when you’re not trying to be super focused and accurate, more of a doodle than high end scratch art, is there such a thing? 10 out of 10 would recommend. I bought this scratch art set for my son, who is 11 years old. He loves it! He has been spending hours intricately carving out the pictures. It's so nice to see him away from his electronics. The set comes with everything you need to get started, including 8 scratch art boards, 6 tools, and a carrying bag. The boards are a good size, and the tools are easy to use. Overall: I highly recommend this scratch art set for anyone looking for a fun and creative activity. It is a great way to keep kids entertained and help them develop their artistic skills. (It would also be perfect for adults too)

Pictures are all super detailed. Helps me unwind. Easy to scratch off, multiple pictures to choose from and really love that it comes with a holder for your scratcher tools! The quality of the pictures are awesome and for an amazing price, super affordable!! Definitely would buy again!!

This is a great adult or kids' art project. A couple items for awareness. It can make a mess with the coating you scratch off. And the other one I think is worth noting is if you have site issues, this art project can be a little hard to see. I had to use a magnifying glass on several of the areas to ensure I stayed in the lines. The kit provides everything needed to complete the project. A great value for the money.

Best 5.99 dollars I have spent this summer. It comes in great quality and I live the tool set that comes with it. The brush especially is very useful. It’s very easy to do but also fun and challenging. Not for kids.

I bought this for my young grandson. He loves it. It comes with everything you need and the resulting pictures are vibrant.
