What is the measurement of the burner surface of the bottom of the pan?

The surface size is 6-7/8" that touches the burner, then it goes out to 7-5/8" wide if you need that too. P.S it is the best little pan I have ever owned. We us it all the time and so easy to clean.

No, it is not. Use plenty of oil/butter/fat/etc. and if you are cooking something like Rice, , I have found that it is better to wash it right after using it. Do NOT let it stand, and allow the food to adhere to it. otherwise, you will have to fill it with hot soapy water, and let it sit for a few hours.

It comes with a metal lid with a stay cool handle.
