Works great, but wears out quickly
I bought this because I realized I had never properly cleaned my golf clubs in the 15 years I owned them! This one had some positive reviews and seemed simple enough, so I gave it a shot for the purposes of keeping my clubs clean on the course. The brush itself is plastic, but seems pretty well built overall. It snaps onto your golf bag which makes it very convenient to clean your clubs right after you hit the ball. Or in my case, right before since I hadn't cleaned them in ages. The wire brush did wonders for cleaning out years and years of caked dirt in the grooves. My clubs looked and hit great after a few quick strokes of the wire brushing. The soft bristles are helpful for a quick dusting of dirt and sand. The wire brushes will wear out fast. I'd recommend replacing it at the beginning of your season (or twice a year if you live somewhere you can golf year round). At 5 bucks a piece, it's one of the best and cheapest items you can have in your golf bag.

Cheap and it works.
Bottom Line Up Front: I found an old one of these on the course that had the wire brush side destroyed but I still liked the soft bristles. Decided to pony up the $4 to get a new one. I love it! Use it all the time now as it comes with a clip and cord to attach to the outside of my golf bag.The wire brush quickly and easily cleans out the grooves of my irons. No longer are the days of using my golf tee to try and extract caked in mud and grass. The soft bristles are nice for general cleaning of clubs and whatnot.Had little to no success cleaning cleats. The golf tee really is the best to pry out leaves, mud, and grass from your cleats.WARNING: if you have really nice irons that you don't want to get scratched or are laser etched (the newer one are like that), I would ONLY USE the soft bristles. The wire brush side does tend to leave surface scratches on my irons. I don't mind the surface scratches, but then again I am using clubs from 2007.

For the golfer who has it all!! Except this!
This is a handy tool that really does its job. I purchased this when I bought my first set of clubs. I am a beginner golfer and felt like I should get this as well as other tools to assist me in my new hobby. The tool works great and really does its job in getting the build up of dirt off the clubs. From time to time when you get in the rough, huge clumps of dirt coat the club and this is a great way to keep your hands clean. The product is very sturdy and comes with a plastic spiral string and clip to keep it with your bag. Highly recommended for someone trying to get a thoughtful gift for the golfer who has everything.

looks like the run of the mill brush cleaner (this style is my favorite after each swing for keeping my club face top notch)What makes this one so much better is in the details.. it comes with a stupid stretch cord that makes it better then all..Ever try and clean you clubs with one of this without out that.. you practically are against your bag flinging mud, dirt goose s***..I totally recommend this cheap and super effective brush.. put this one on reorder

Great brush!
Great brush for the price. I have had this brush for a year now and it still works great. I golf at least once a week. I like to keep my clubs clean. I use both sides of this brush, depending on what club I have in my hands. I'm very satisfied with this brush and it was a great price!

bristles bend and break too easily
Keeping club faces clean is important in golf in order to maintain loft for your irons and hyrbrids. This brush is an okay value and mostly gets the job done, but I have found that the bristles begin to bend and come off after playing for about 2 months. For the record, I play a lot (about 2-3 times a week) but I will look for a better brand next time I buy a brush.

Exactly as Advertised
This was a wonderful addition to my golf bag. The brush comes with a coiled cable and a clip so that it can attached to the outside of your bag. A must have for every playerPros:quality is great, cable and clip appear to be made well, the handle is long enough for anyone to use this properlyCons:None that I can tell so far

Does Its Job for a Good Price
It definitely helps on the links to have a nice brush to clean the grooves on your clubs after each shot. This brush does the trick. The side of the brush to clean your cleats works okay, however, the last round I tried this brush, I went out pretty early in the morning while mowing was going on, so probably no brush would have gotten my cleats clean. To me, this brush probably performs as well as the Callaway brush, which is around double the price of this brush simply because of the Callaway logo on it. Do yourself a favor and save a few bucks for a simple golf necessity.
