I bought this because Haleon is no longer making Citrucel. I have tried other replacements, but they do not work for me. This brand is a good replacement for Citrucel. It does not dissolve quite as easily, but it does the job.

When Citrucel was discontinued, I was excited because it said "Compare to the Active Ingredients in Citrucel". It is more expensive, has a CA lead warning, and can't be returned. I put the tablespoon in a full glass of water which immediately formed into a big glob. I stirred and stirred and it broke into smaller globs that settled to the bottom of the glass. So...when you drink it, you get most of it in a gulp. I notice it also had a choking hazard warning on it. NOT a safe product and so unhappy I can't get my money back.

It is what it says it is, but for some reason is clumpy when mixed so a little less palitable that Citrucel. But, since you can't get Citrucel anymore.....

I figured out that if I started stirring my water before slowly pouring a tablespoon of the product into the spinning water it mixed perfectly and did not clump. If you just dump it in a glass of water and start stirring after, you get clumps. This brand works much better for me than the name brand available and I'm almost gave up on it due to the clumping until I figured out to start stirring first and then gradually pour the product in while stirring. It's worth the extra step because the product works much better for me than other name brands available. Taste the same.

Doesn't mix into water as well as citrucel. Helps to heat cup of water in microwave for 30-45 seconds before stirring in powder

This is a fiber supplement that doesn't cause bloating and gas, and it actually tastes GOOD! It has the closest taste to original 'TANG' that I've come across -the taste of tangerines-. This dissolves in water very easily and I'm very glad I just learned that it does not cause the excess gas that other fiber does...

Does not disolcve well, taste is not as clean or crisp as the not discontinued Citrucel.

This is a non refundable item. I had trouble finding the brand Citrucel and so tried this. It clumps and doesn’t compare to the brand, and it costs 30% more. If I could return it I would.
