Does the same for calluses as all other brands I’ve tried that have the 40% Uric/2% salicylic. It’s works to soften, but you have to use it mostly every day, and, I’m guessing- forever. Pro: like using the cream more than the usual gel, as it feels nicer when I rub it on, and I perceive it as more moisturizing (not scientific just perception).Con: the smell might put off some folks as it is potently medicinal. There aren’t many cream versions on the market so I’ll adapt.

I bought this for my husband's feet. He suffers terribly with cracking heels. It seemed to take affect from the first application! Been using it for nearly a week now, and his feet are feeling and looking much better! The added bonus is that because I apply it, my hands are also reaping the benefits, especially during this time where I am washing my hands so much and they are rough and dry. The only downside is that it's very runny, so you need to be bit careful when squeezing the tube!

I am constantly on my feet all day, probably 14 hours a day. I have also been in the restaurant industry for 20 years, and my feet have taken a beating! The salicylic acid helps to speed up the sloughing process while the urea deeply moisturizes your skin. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone suffering from callouses or dry cracked skin on their feet. After a week of use you should soak your feet in a warm water epsom salt bath and manually scrub the dead skin from your feet, your feet will feel like a million bucks!
