can i plug this in and listen to it or does it only charge battery

You can listen this retro radio while it is charging, but for the sake of extending battery life, it is better to listen the radio after it fully charged. Thank you.

Does it have a headphone output jack?

This retro radio has an AUX port but not headphone jack, you can use this AUX port to connect your phone to play music.

Hi does this item have dual voltage 110v/220v or what kind of power plug does it use?

The working voltage of this radio is 2.7V-4.2V, and the output voltage/current is 5V/ 600mA. The power consumption is 5W (max). Hope this help. Thanks

Does it come ready to use?

Yes, it's ready to use, but needs charging once in a while. It sounds great and looks great. It's tiny. Don't be surprised by it's small size.
