I bought this mouth guard after my dentist informed me that I grind my teeth when I sleep...weird, because I'm certain that I'm a mouth breather at night, at least I know I start out that way. It was verrrrrrrry easy to form, and then reform, it to my teeth so that it fits securely and comfortably. For the record, it took form nicely the very first time, but after I thought about it, I realized that I needed to redo the fit to match the position of my teeth when I sleep (mouth breather) rather than the position they're in when I play sports. It's solidly thick enough to last through many, many, many wears, yet not so thick that it makes me gag. I am very pleased with the quality of this mouth guard and equally pleased with its price. I very much recommend this product, and I will definitely seek out another SAFEJAWZ mouthguard if/when I need another in the future.

it molds pretty well it’s a normal mouthgaurd n stuff but it’s pretty small even for the adult size.

I wish I was able to not even leave a star. And to lose $10 for something I CANNOT use is frustrating. Principle over $ amount. This is very thick. I am not a super petite woman. After following directions step-by-step ~ I then soaked it SEVERAL minutes, more than ONCE and it would NOT soften to allow me to fit to my mouth size. Lots of gagging (not that YOU needed to know this). But VERY disappointed as it seemed like it was my best choice. Will NOT recommend nor purchase again. Trash.

These were extremely well. I use this for lifting at the gym and they help you build pressure in your mouth and you can exude more force for the price. It’s a no-brainer. Since I started to use these almost everyone I go to the gym with started using mouth guards.
