Very good product but belts are short
Using it for my 9 month old since last 2 months, very comfortable in its price and category though the belts seem very short and cannot be adjusted. I doubt whether it can be used till age of 5 yrs

Worst Purchase
Such a bad experience with this car seat. I bought 2 last month and facing same problem with car seat. I can’t tight or loosen this belt. Please don’t purchase, I agree with quality and comfortable. One metal piece behind which is using to tighten and loosen belt but this metal piece goes to the spring and keep stuck there. Also the belt always out of metal piece and causing poor safety. Worst purchase ever

Good for the price
Decent product for the price, but I had to ask for the installation instructions and it was several days before I received it after several back and forths. This customer experience needs to be improved. Would have been a 5 star product for its budget.

Nothing, you will get a prompt response from the customer service
Product is good, there was a complaint after I got the product and I contacted the customer service and an executive named Sourav came in to help and resolved my issue within no time. He even did follow up everyday until it resolved. Thank you so much.
