What about this reduces razor bumps? Is there a particular chemical in it?

When combined with a good razor, and bump patrol solution after, it works well, the menthol shaving gel is refreshing.

Can i use this with and electric razor?

You absolutely can. I use it with a Panasonic wet/dry shaver every day in the shower. All you need is a dime sized amount of product with a little water to create a very slick surface that the shaver glides on. The product rinses clean from the shaver as well.  I recommend this product highly for wet shaving with an electric shaver.

Anybody use this instead of the bump patrol aftershave? they say to use both, but of course they want to sell both. results?

I have used both the aftershave (max strength) with and without the shave gel.  I like the shave gel but I get the best results by putting the aftershave on the night before shaving and using it after shaving - regardless of the shave gel I use. I also have also had less razor burn and ingrown hair problems switching from disposable razor cartridges to a high quality safety razor.  Just my opinion!

Thats a really great question as we are all health conscious nowadays.  The short answer is No.  Bump Patrol Cool Shaving Gel does not contain gluten.  It does however give you quick, long lasting lather.  My suggestion use a couple drops Bump Patrol Pre Shave Oil on wet skin then apply the Cool Shave Gel and you will experience a super gourmet shave that is beyond smooth.
