Great Quality CoQ10 Supplement That Actually Makes a Difference
I’ve been taking Sports Research CoQ10 for a few months now and I can honestly say it’s one of the best CoQ10 supplements I’ve tried. The softgels are easy to swallow, and I love that it contains Bioperine (black pepper extract), which helps with absorption. A lot of other CoQ10 brands don’t include that and you can feel the difference in effectiveness and improvement in focus. I originally started taking CoQ10 for heart health and overall energy, and this product has helped me feel noticeably more energized throughout the day.
