Since I own a HUGE Samsung J7 (2015) phone with an installed regular TPU cover on the phone (not an Ottabox), I needed a large and roomy cellphone pouch. This pouch fits my every need in a pouch for these reasons:1 Large size...even with my TPU slim cover on my J7 (5.5 inch screen) phone, the fit is excellent, not too tight or too loose.2 Thick and padded case...this is the most protective case that I ever owned. Best quality as well, this case looks expensive!3 Quality...the stitching is even, thick elastic on the sides.4 How it fits...the back has a heavy duty clip to clip on or pants or waistband also has 2 loops so you can put your belt through the belt.5 Fit info...Measure the size of your phone screen. If it is 5.5 inches or less and you have a standard TPU Cover, then it will fit fine. If you have a larger phone such as 5.7 inch or higher, I do not think it will fit.***I bought this for a Samsung J7 (2015) which has 5.5 inch screen and TPU screen installed. (It will also fit J7 2016 with TPU case). I also tried this case with my J5 2016 with 5.2 inch screen and regular TPU case but it is bit too large for my J5 2016. It fits but the phone moves around in it.*****If you have a 5.5 inch screen on your phone and kind of thick case (not an Otterbox), it should fit.I highly recommend this case.

Mine lasted for six months. And maybe that's all one can expect a phone holder like this to last. It has two straps and one clip to hold it on your belt. It worked just fine for four or five months. Then one of the two straps gave way. It continued to work ok with just one strap and the clip. Then the clip began to pull away, so I bought another phone holder. The next one I bought was the one sold by WinnieCellShop. This is just a teeny bit smaller. My phone, a Samsung Galaxy J3 V, fits inside ok, but it is a more snug fit.

It's a good belt case size. I like the magnetic closure and the soft lined interior; I like the idea of the belt clip. Other people have given a good description of the fit--it would be too large for a thin phone that does not have a case. Perfect for a phone with a case.Workmanship or construction is bad. The belt clip is a metal spring. This digs into the stitching of the faux leather covering the clip, and the cover of the clip comes off after a couple of months. This makes this case unusable for clipping on your belt.I would not buy again.

It works well. Holds my phone securely. The clip is a little hard to get on my belt, but maybe that's why I don't have any trouble with it shifting or falling off!The flap is easy to open, but holds the phone in when not in use.In all I am very pleased with it. Does exactly what i wanted.Update.After a couple months use the belt clip broke. I started using the through the belt loops, but the stitches holding them on frayed an broke in no time. Replaced with a different model. Very poor construction of the clip and loops.

I've waited awhile to post this review given some of the other comments I read. I've found this to be really sturdy. Granted I don't use the clip very often at all; mostly the belt loops. Does great. As an added bonus my new Samsung S8+ fits in it too.Update. Downgrading this to three stars because of a problem I had that was similar to other reviews posted. One of the belt loops recently broke loose after what I considered a mild snag on a desk chair. Don't get me wrong; I would still probably buy this again because it's held up relatively well given the price I paid for it and I still use it - just have to use the clip now.

I have the Poetic semi-hard case on my X4 so its overall is over 1/4 in longer and wider; the Golden Sheeps case fits the phone with case just snug and its belt loops are ok for pants wear. I use the spring clip only when I am not planning to belt on the case but may need to temporarily attach the case to my pants, hipbelt, or shoulder straps (hiking). Feels sturdy and after a few months of daily wear its still looking new.

Rear belt straps broke after second use. Metal belt clip works well. Straps need redesign and stronger thread and stiching. I modified case by using pop rivets to secure belts straps. The pop rivets are holding up well.

Purchased this for my husband's Samsung S7 Edge. He wanted a holster style case to fit his phone with the Otterbox Defender on. This case does so well and was proclaimed to be comfortable to wear. He liked the way the belt went through to make certain the case was secured. Days 1 - 4 of use we would have rated this a 5 star. By day 5, however, the belt loops are separating from the case rendering it virtually useless. I am going to try and see if I can securely stitch them back on but it will have to go through the inner part of the case unless I take the whole thing apart. For the cost, save your money and try something else.
