Q: Has anyone ever used this product on motorcycle grips?

I bought these to put on a lawn mower handle. They do not stay in place. Never. They would be dangerous on a motorcycle, IMO.

Q: Has anyone used this on for a softball or baseball bat?

It will not stay wrapped on anything.

Q: Can this be used on bbq handles so as not to get burned by the metal handle when bbq'ing?

NOT if continuous heat is applied - I used this on my weed eater to deaden the vibrations some and it works excellent. If it is temporarily hot enough to burn when you open it then it should be all right but if it is continuous I would say it will break down the material and stick to the stainless or painted steel. My stainless BBQ doesn't get that hot and I have large hands - I might have to try it on the handle so it doesn't slip and makes for a good sticky grip amidst a myriad of sauces, juice and dressing's.

Q: How does it attach after wrapping? glue? velcro? faith? prayer? what?

It clings to itself and you tuck the end under what you've wrapped.
