what size drill bits does it come with?

It came with 6 different drill bits I don't know how to classify the sizes.

Can l ues it to change tires?

NO! This tool is not designed for heavy industrial or automobile repair (a torque wrench would be advisable). The lug nuts on an automobile are much larger and require significant torque in order to remove and replace them, this plastic drill is primarily handy for the occasional light, do-it-yourself home project worker and not intended for heavy work.

Is this charger work in 220 Volt, and is this can drill con'c wall ?

My husband says that you will need to buy a concrete bit which did not come in the kit. the bits that came with the drill are good for wood and metal. The charge is for 110 volt. Hope this helps.

Is a case already included?

It's 8/7/2018 and mine did not have a case. You get the box, and the box has the items shown in the picture and of course the battery & charger.
