The seller tried to cover up ingredients and warnings with a giant barcode. I spent a minute to remove and come to find out. Product is "Extremely flammable" google "Ethyl Acetate NJ". and you will get a data sheet with tons of warning about danger of exposure to skin and breathing in fumes. The 2 oz remover is actually the same product as the 4 oz. Amazon has not corrected the incorrect size listing error.

No. It doesn't smell like garlic at all. To me, it smells like regular nail polish remover. It works really good. I've been using it for about 3 years now. I like it's all natural. I recommend it!
