I am a homemaker who cooks at least two meals a day. I am a picky person about cookware. I am really happy with this cutting board so far! I've been using it for weeks now and it's looking great. The size is very good - it's large enough to go across our sink without wiggling, but small enough to easily stand it up against the wall when I'm done with it. The ridge cut into it keeps any juices from running off and onto the countertops. It's a nice looking board with a good heft to it, too.I sometimes see people complain about various bamboo boards warping. I would recommend to anyone to oil their boards before using and every now and again when they start to look a bit faded. I just use regular old olive oil on mine - wiping them down with it and then letting them soak it up all night. You can also buy food grade wood oil, which is cheap. Don't let them soak in a sink of water - wash them and then dry them immediately. Do these things and any board will last you for a much longer time and look nicer in the process.Update in 2024: I've had this since 2018 now and it still looks like new. It's great as a noodle board (just big enough to cover two burners on our gas stove, and leave two open for cooking) and holding up great! Best purchase!

Fantastic cutting board. well made. Perfect size too. Not too heavy, but stays in place while you're using it. It arrived three days ago.The cutting board took the oiling quite well. Just one thing to mention: After I oiled it, I wiped it down with a rag and noticed a few tiny splinters/fibers (like the size of thread or a hair, and some a little bigger) sticking up from the surface. Then, after its first washing, I noticed a few more fibers pulling up from the surface. I'll keep it at 5 stars. But I'll keep an eye on it and let you know if it gets worse.

Good cutting board. Bends in after you hand wash it a few times. We have only handwashed and air dryed it. Decent size for the price.

This is a great cutting board! It's very thick, so I'm pretty sure it's never going to warp. I had a plastic cutting board before, and it became warped. I also got a much better quality chef knife, so I wanted to get a cutting board that would not dull its blade - this one fills the bill nicely. The bamboo is tougher than regular wood. The only thing that would make it a little nicer, in my opinion, would be if the edges were sanded smoother, but for the price, it can't be beat. I can tell it's going to last many years, and I'm very pleased with it. It LOOKS good, too!

We cut a pizza the first night we got it, and it was perfect size. Easy to store and easy to clean.

I needed a good sturdy cutting board that isn't too heavy. This is perfect. It fits nicely on my counter and works well for my Japanese carving knives that are very sharp. Easy to clean with soap and water and dries quickly. When not in use I can store it in a lower cabinet. I've only had it for a few days so I can't say anything about its longevity, but so far I am quite pleased with this purchase.

I've used this board multiple times daily for two months and I'm impressed with the ease of clean-up and the lack of staining. It has not warped. It is also a perfect size for meal prep. It seems to have just the right degree of hardness so that the surface does not harm knives, but also does not score to permit deep grooves. I've owned numerous maple cutting boards but I'm finding that I prefer this bamboo surface. I recommend installing four rubber pads underneath (as I would all cutting boards so that they are stable and do not trap liquids on the counter). It is also light to hold so moving chopped ingredients to the pot or cleaning up under the faucet is easy.

La verdad desde que la vi me encantó. Es grande, ideal para quien cuando la usa o presenta carne asada, pica o alguna ensalada se ve padrisimo y funcional. Un poco pesada por su grosor pero en verdad vale la pena. He tenido otras tablas de bambú pero al ser más delgadas se rompen pronto. Sin duda a esta no le pasará lo mismo. La volvería a comprar.

Excelente tabla para cortar carne. Muy buen tamaño y lo mejor de todo es su precio. Mucho más barata qué las otras opciones. Es muy resistente. Puedes servir 2 picañas sin problemas.

Great board. Very durable but light and can be cleaned easily. I have only used it for vegetables and non meats so far. I also love that I can use it as a serving dish for parties for appetizers such as meats and cheeses. Looks expensive but quite affordable.
