I used Gorilla Waterproof Caulk & Seal Silicone Sealant for bathroom and kitchen repairs, and it exceeded expectations. The formula is thick enough to fill small gaps and cracks without running, making it easy to get a clean, solid seal. Bottom line: I did a half-hearted wipe down of the sunroof seal area, and then did a quick and dirty bead around the entire seal. This caulk is easy to work with and stays forgiving just long enough to lay a bead and then finger-smooth it so it looks pretty. It was fully dry about a half hour after applying, and we had a rainstorm that night and it was already up to the task. The sunroof never leaked again. So, I can't promise you'll have the same results as me with virtually NO prep, but at the very least this should reinforce the notion that this product really works, especially if you put in the prep time. Long story: A few years ago, I had a leaky sunroof on a 2009 GTI that the dealer couldn't completely fix. I eventually got fed up with the process and caulked it shut. A few months back, my wife's 2007 Highlander developed a leak in the sunroof as well, and rather than throw money away on drain cleanings/inspections/etc, I went straight to the permanent solution. She never really used the sunroof anyway. I don't recall what specific caulk I used for the GTI, but this Gorilla variant had a great price when I went looking this time. One tube was more than enough to do the entire sunroof perimeter. I have since traded in both cars, but neither ever leaked again after the caulk application.

I had read some place that this stuff worked great to adhere saw-tooth picture hooks to the back of decorative ceramic tile art for hanging on the wall. I had made about 100 jazz themed decorative tile for a customer who was going to be putting on a jazz concert and wanted to give her guests something to remember the day by. I had never worked with ceramic tiles before but got the hang of it quickly and really enjoyed creating these awesome tiles. At first she wanted the tiles to be coasters. The pictures were put on with Mod Podge and I know that is not water proof or even water resistant. Nor is it conducive to hot coffee mugs. I asked in multiple sites how to water proof and make these tiles heat resistant to no avail. You'd think it was the greatest knowledge known to man and threatening to people who had it on an individual basis if the knowledge was to become public. Keeping this a secret was a collective action by people who knew how to do it. You'd think they had found the holy grail or something. I'm just one little person, not a mega global business you'd want to retain stock in. So alas, I decided to make them wall art instead. Which in my opinion should of been the goal in the first place because these tiles turned out so awesome they were actual mini pieces of art. Anyone who would even think of putting a drink of any type on them would be non appreciative of the arts. So upon reading multiple suggestions on how to hang ceramic tile which essentially proved to be worthless a rockhounding friend of mine told me about this product. He said there were properties in the glue that when applied to ceramic tile formed a strong bond. The molecules in the tile bonded with the molecules in the glue. It's true. I used it as he suggested, a small amount on each end of the hook, enough to provide a firm footing, and was amazed. It dried very quickly, about 15 minutes or so, was easy to apply, was not messy, did not get all over my fingers or other things, and was easy to manipulate. It formed a strong bond. I would suggest it to any one who works with ceramic tiles. I don't know about other surfaces as I only used it on the tiles. And I give this find, which I think is remarkable, for anyone working with tiles freely and will continue to divulge "secrets" to fellow crafters when I discover something that works as well as this stuff.

I had an issue with this purchase but the product is so good that I could not knock the star rating lower. The product deserves a 5-star rating for sure! I used this to form a strong seal on glass in a wood frame. It performed the way it was supposed to and supported nearly 10 pounds of broken glass and layers of resin on top of the glass that was sealed in the frame, once it was fully cured without any issues. So I would say this is a win/win. Unfortunately, the store I purchased this from showed the main image as being 3 tubes of sealant, but they only shipped me 1 tube. When you compare the pricing for one tube from other suppliers, you will see they charge less than $5 but I was charged $15.99 for a single tube. Amazon stepped up to the plate (as always) to make good on the overcharging. However, since they still show 3 tubes on that photo you need to make sure what you are getting before you purchase.

This stuff works great!!. For anyone who owns a camp trailer you know that there’s always going to be some leaks and recently I had a leak in the seal of my roof that I was able to seal up just fine with this clear silicone. I have also used it all around the windows of my camper And it holds up well. I recommend having a tube available for those small jobs that pop up. It goes on easily and because it is clear, you can hardly see it. It makes a smooth and even line and easy to clean up if you do it before it sets. Helps to keep mold from forming from water leaks!!

I used this to seal my filters jet to the pool because I had to cut the pool to make the jet head fit. It did not leak at all and prevented water loss. It also dries quick but I still followed the 24 hours to let it dry and it’s very strong. I used it for my pool last year and I was trying to remove the jet from the pool when I was breaking it down and it was impossible with my hands. I had to cut the edges so I could remove the jet from the pool. For small projects this is perfect

It works, but packaging is questionable. Also wasn’t comfortable to use it due to high density, but for the price is okay.

If you have smaller jobs, then the smaller tubes works great, since if you don’t finish the tube after opening, it could dry up fast.

Would recommend for leakage in kitchen sink and any where else. Good product
