Excellent cleanser, disastrous Amazon delivery
This is an excellent cleanser, and I was happy to find it available with fast delivery. Unfortunately, Amazon's delivery and packaging failed twice. The first bottle arrived leaking inside the delivery bag and was left in the middle of my front yard, even though my delivery instructions clearly say to leave packages in the back by the garage. Amazon sent a replacement - and the exact same thing happened again: front-yard delivery and cleanser leaked all over the inside of the plastic envelope. The product itself is topnotch, but it needs to be shipped in a leak-proof way: sealed cap, protective wrapping, and preferably a box instead of a soft plastic mailer. For the price and quality of this cleanser, this delivery experience is unacceptable.

Love this cleanser!
I love this facial cleanser. I’ve been using it exclusively for almost 2 years now. Not only does it give my face a fresh, clean feel but I can also use it on my eye make-up. Not having that one extra step is a bonus.

Stinky
This product does work to remove makeup and cleanse at the same time HOWEVER it stinks!! It smells like stinky sunless Tanner and it's really hard to ignore. If you apply products afterwards then you can mask the scent, but otherwise, it's pretty distracting. Not sure if I got a bad batch since I have read that it can have a nice scent and the bottle states it's unscented but yuck!

Bad Batch?
I have been purchasing this face wash from Amazon consistently for years. I recently purchased a new bottle and when I received it, I noticed the smell was off. It had a strange strong odor. I decided to return it for a new bottle. The second one arrived with the same horrible smell. I am so disappointed. I decided to return that one as well and purchase from another vendor.

that was way harsh
Way too harsh for my sensitive skin. I am spoiled by other luxury brands and just can't go back couldn't wait to get the moisturizer on my face. Gave it away to my sister in law, who has tougher skin lol
