What’s the difference between this and KL130?

The KL125 and KL130 are both multi-colored smart bulbs; however, the main differences between KL125 and KL130 are: 1) The color temperature range of KL125 is 2500K-6500K, whereas the color temperature range of KL130 is 2500K-9000K. 2) The KL125 has a slightly different physical aesthetic/design when compared directly to the KL130. Please refer to each model's product images for clarification.

Can a raspberry pi be used to control it?

Kasa/TP devices are controlled using a JSON protocol on port 9999, obscured with a pretty simple XOR-based crypto. I control my Kasa smart-switches from an RPi using a library I wrote. Plenty of people have customized this (from inside your home, not from outside - they're probably safe from external threats, but I block them on my router anyway). You can get python and npm code online. The is one reason I will continue buy TP-link: I can play with it without using some silly app. I have not taken direct control of the bulbs, but look up rayenmessaoudi on github for some code.
