One of the parts, the blue chassis was defective, it didn't work.After I Put batteries it became so hot that it burnt my daughter's finger. I throw it away.

These are great toys that are fun for such a wide range of ages and abilities. They encourage open-ended, imaginative play! They are very colorful and cheerful. Want to build a house or a car or a castle? You can! The more sets you have, the more you can build. My kids never get tired of these magnetic building tiles. They are so much fun, and I totally admit that I enjoy building with them, too, and I'm the mom! :)I would recommend ordering one set per kiddo in your family, at least, to start. One set is really not enough to share between two kids. These are more fun than a lot of other toys on the market. They are also less painful to step on than plastic building bricks, an important consideration if your kids leave their toys laying around like mine do!Although I received these magnetic building blocks at a slight discount in exchange for my honest review, I can say that I purchased the original name-brand versions in the past for my kids. These work just like the very expensive name brand version, yet they are a fraction of the cost and your kids won't know the difference.

My daughter and I recently visited a hands-on science museum that had a ton of tiles similar to these. Then we visited the preschool that she will be going to this fall and they had some. She had so much fun with them we decided to order her some.I have played with these magnet tiles a bit, but am saving them to give to my daughter for her birthday. I had quite a bit of fun playing with them. So much so, I ordered another set from another company to compare them.First thing that is great about this set is that there are so many pieces. There are not many pieces in the other set that I ordered. Having a lot of pieces is key to having more fun. You can build so many more things. This set has a better variety of shapes as well. The other set I ordered is just the basic triangles and squares. This set has the basic triangles and squares but also bigger shapes. The two sets I got are compatible together.My son will love the piece with the wheels on it. He loves all things wheels.This is such a great toy to build imagination. You can work on colors, shapes and build letters!I received this product at a discount for my unbiased review.  I hope that my honest opinion was helpful. I only review products that I am interested in for myself and my family.
