Great Pasta Substitute
These Noodles have a slight rubbery texture but in a good way. They are similar to a cooked mushroom texture. They take on the flavor of whatever you are making them with. Be sure to drain the liquid from the package. I have heated them up with a little salt and pepper in the micro. Also stir fried them with onions, peppers and garlic. They have no odor, the portion size is perfect. I highly recommend if you are on a low carb lifestyle.

A great way to enjoy guilt free pasta.
This is a great low calorie low carb way to enjoy pasta. It's quick and easy. I love it.

Great pasta alternative, but…
This is likely the best pasta alternative that I’ve come across, and I’ve tried many. The texture is a bit lighter than traditional pasta, and it has a more springy “bite”, but I like that as it doesn’t feel or sit as heavy as wheat pasta. The flavor is very neutral, so it goes with absolutely everything you pair it with. You can’t beat the low carb and calorie content, so it’s perfect when you’re craving pasta but don’t want the calories or carbohydrates. Sounds great, right? It almost is - but… This comes already hydrated and packed in water. If you’re anything like me, you *detest* runny, watery sauce on your pasta (and pasta substitutes). I didn’t realize how much water this hangs on to, so my first meal was a runny, watery mess. Dislike. On my second meal, I drained thoroughly (as thoroughly as possible, anyway, this stuff REALLY holds a lot of liquid), and then I used a generous amount of paper toweling to further squeeze out every last bit of moisture that I could get out of it. That was much better, and really helped improve my dining experience, but I suggest doing this even 2-3 times more, as I still had more moisture than I think is ideal. Squeezing the moisture out of the larger pasta is far easier in the spaghetti and fettuccini. It’s kind of a lesson in futility with the orzo, though, as it sticks to the paper toweling a bit too well. I also tried just pressing it out while it was in my strainer, but that’s not very successful, either. For that reason, I won’t be purchasing the orzo and don’t recommend it, and likely also won’t recommend the angel hair, but if you really get the moisture out of the spaghetti and fettuccini before pairing with your sauce (maybe even cook it off a bit in a hot pan to reduce the moisture even further), there’s a lot of potential here as a great alternative to traditional pasta. I think it’s worth my time to experiment a bit further with this, so I’ve set up a Subscribe-and-Save subscription for the fettuccini (which IMO is the best of the bunch here), and will update my review if I find a way to make this an even more successful pasta alternative. Further, if the manufacturer has tips for reducing the moisture content prior to use, I’d love to know them, as that’s the thing that prohibits this from being a five star review.

Not Al Dente Barilla or fresh Pasta but did the job!
Had the "fettuccine" with some home made sauce and it was great if you let go of your expectations of real pasta. True NY Italian here! I've been living keto for over 7 years! This is the first keto pasta that I was ok with and enjoyed. The texture is still off compared to a real Al dente pasta but it had no smell and was the best I have tried and this is my 6th or 7th brand ( most have a fishy smell). It was a bit on the chewy side but if you microwave it a bit, it dries it out and makes it taste more like normal white flour pasta. It will never be fresh pasta but if you are low carb it does the job! I can't wait to play with it a bit! I think you can make it close enough to real pasta. Gonna try some different techniques. May try to fry it in some olive oil and garlic! Definitely made me happy as a keto Italian! I will be purchasing more in the future.

Best zero Carb pasta
I have bought many different brands of zero-carb pasta. This one does not have the fishy smell and tastes great. One package is good for 2 servings. You can find other brands for probably $2.00 per package, but the odor and texture are awful. That’s why I keep buying this one.

Delicious and filling - magic in a noodle for Keto!
I did NOT expect to love these so much but my cousin who hates everything told me to buy them (at BJs couple months back.). I decided to buy as hurricane pantry item but then got sick with covid and was unable to eat. I remembered I had the noodles so heated in microwave with some herbs and an egg and was so pleased. I ate 3x’s per day and it was similar to eating pho or pad thai (w/added PB powder!) and was ridiculously satisfying after not eating any carbs for over a year, this is awesome even if pricey compared to regular pasta-it’s SO worth it to me!! BTW-it really matters what your expectations are and if you’ve eaten lots of Asians noodles and like them. I’m not AS in love with the rice version but will use as orzo in soups probably. I’m not a fan of the rice. It doesn’t hold up or take flavors the way the other forms do for me. Probably rice would be perfect in a quiche or such instead of potatoes, but as an easy dish with quick sauce and stir fry, this rice just doesn’t work for me. I truly love all the other forms!!

Texture of product is not pasta like at all
Okay, so honest review on this product from a foodie who is always looking for ways to make things healthier. They have no smell and no taste at all. So you can only taste what you add to them. They are very easy to make, open drain and rinse them. They are transparent which was a little off putting to me but I was determined to like it. I made spaghetti and meatballs with them. I could not get used to the texture of the noodles. They are kind of rubbery or bouncy when you try to chew them and even with a red sauce added they were still transparent. If texture doesn’t matter to you then it’s a good low calorie choice. It isn’t something I will be using in my diet plan.

Stay away if you have a sensitive stomach
Giving it 3 stars because the taste wasn’t bad. Took away 2 stars for a the toilet trauma I just experienced. Ok so the first one I tried was the fettuccine. It was ok. The pasta sauce I used was kind of bland so the experience was meh. Last night I decided to be more inventive and tried the spaghetti with some delicious sauce I made. I made sure to rinse it really well and I stir fried it first before mixing it with the sauce. Came out pretty great. To the point that the texture wasn’t that noticeable at all. But now fast forward to this morning. I had woken up and drank my morning ketones. My stomach started hurting and I found it weird as my ketones drink don’t make my stomach hurt at all. So I run to the bathroom and unload. Omg what happened next to was the stuff of nightmares. I see what looks like a worms (forgetting about the spaghetti last night) and thinking I’m here releasing parasites. And then it hit me. Omg the noodles. But that hasn’t happened with the fettuccine style ones. So whatever I figured whatever it’s made of is not digestible. Then about 45 min later after drinking like 32 oz of water I run to the bathroom and I kid you not the rest of the package came out. All intact. Exactly how it comes when you first open it. Then it turned into nonstop diarrea. So needless to say, if you have a sensitive stomach, just stay away. Other than that it’s not a bad pasta substitute if you season well. Hope this review was helpful.

Actually good - as long as....
I bought these to use in a low carb diet, and am pleasantly surprised. It's made from konjac flower, so it's almost all fiber - very low carb. The variety pack I bought comes with several different "types" (meaning size, thickness, etc). There are a few things you need to know before using this, though. It's "wet" when it comes out of the pack. You don't need to cook it, but unless you "cook off" the excess liquid it will always be watery. You just have to toss it in a hot fry pan for a very short amount of time (say 20 seconds to a minute depending on how you're going to use it). If you're going to add it to a pasta dish, it can remain a little "wetter" as the sauce will absorb some of the water. If put in an Asian dish, if the water isn't cooked off, it will water down the dish. This might seem like a pain in the butt, but compared to the amount of time it takes to boil regular noodles and drain them, it's way faster. Take note - this ISN'T wheat pasta. It never gets super "soggy" soft. If you don't like your pasta al dente, you won't like this. It has a texture very similar to zucchini noodles - crisp and a wee bit chewy. Also take note - where this is made from konjac and is almost all fiber, you don't want to eat a huge amount of this, especially if you have gastrointestinal issues. A giant bowl of spaghetti using this may cause you to regret it. A normal serving is fine. I have issues with eating a lot of fiber and I can eat this fine as long as I don't make a pig of myself with it. Not sure if this would be considered gluten-free or not, but if you are going low carb/keto and you want pasta, this is a great choice.

Good alternative to typical pasta.
Very good option for low card “pasta”. I gave them a good rinse as advised in previous reviews and then cooked them in a frying pan with some olive oil for a few minutes before adding them to the sauce and you could barely notice a difference. The texture is obviously different than a pasta noodle typically is, but after a few bites you get used to it and it’s not a big deal! Will definitely purchase again! The bags are very small though.. it says one bag has two portions in it, but my husband and I both ate one bag to ourselves.

Ok. Not convenient as Barilla’s You Need To Rinse it 1st
It’s not a bland taste nor a bad smell and I like the texture particularly in the fettucini, but the big issue for me is it isn’t that convienent. Two plastic packages to get to the pasta that needs to be rinsed off before cooking and it can’t just be heated in the package in the microwave like the Barrillas pastas. I like the spaghetti and loved the fettucini. Haven’t tried the rice as I already have several bags of the quick convenient Uncle Ben’s Jasmine and Brown rices

This is a company you can trust!
I was initially planning to leave a less-than-stellar review, but after experiencing the outstanding customer support from Skinny Pasta, I felt compelled to share how impressed I am. Here’s what happened: In my 24-pack order, about six packs arrived looking dry and not quite right. I reached out to their team, and they responded within the same day offering to send replacements at no extra cost. That kind of service really stands out. As for the pasta itself: it’s fantastic! The taste is great, and the fact that it’s only 9 calories per serving still blows my mind. I usually pair it with homemade sauces to keep things healthy and avoid added sugars or processed ingredients. Since making the switch from regular pasta, I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my weight loss progress. To be clear, I’m already pretty active, go to the gym regularly, and watch what I eat, but swapping in Skinny Pasta gave me that extra edge I was looking for. Huge thanks to the Skinny Pasta team—not just for the product, but for truly caring about your customers.
