Helped My Mood the Most!
Definitely works best in a water bottle of some sort so you can shake it. Taste was ok! Not terrible but don’t know that I would want to drink multiple a day. I definitely saw a difference in my supply. The biggest impact it had for me was my mood! Nearly 6 months post partum and I can tell a major difference in my mood!

Favorite Flavor
My favorite flavor and I love knowing I’m getting the nutrients that are beneficial to me while breastfeeding. The taste of just water gets boring quick so these are great to mix it up a bit! I prefer only mixing in 12oz for more flavor. I do wish that the flavor was a little stronger when I mix with 16 oz because I enjoy having a bigger drink during breast feeding. I think 15 packets for the price is fairly reasonable, & I appreciate the large pack they come in!

Super delish!
These taste really good and are easy on the stomach! No caffeine which is also really nice so you get your boost from B vitamins.

Strawberry kiwi
Taste isn't pleasing to me. I do like the blue raspberry. But I have to force myself to drink the strawberry. It's easy to mix but for some reason it doesn't do good if you put the powder in last. I did it last night, it foamed up and looked like a homemade volcano. It is a bit pricey. Not sure about the energy level, I'm still tired. I don't recommend the strawberry kiwi, which sucks since I usually love that flavor.

🤢 Huge Disappointment
Ordered these in the past and loved them. This time it came and was horrible. It doesn't dissolve. It used to fizz up, doesn't do that. Its like weird tiny rocks that float in your water and doesnt look safe to consume at all.

Loves these so much and the taste is amazing I love mixing it with coconut water and raspberry lemonade

It’s alright
The flavor is ok, it has a slightly powdery taste to it. It does take a while before it dissolves I would shake it not stir to fully dissolve in water. Does it actually give me energy? I don’t know about that. BUT at 7&1/2 months pregnant it does get me to chug it faster vs plain water and I noticed my dehydration bodily swelling go down.

Tasty and actually helps!
I have loved ordering this. The electrolytes really seem to help! And it’s not salty like so many others. I’ve even purchased some as gifts for some of my friends and family who are also breastfeeding. I love strawberry/kiwis flavor the best.
