If you trust your child to squeeze the bottle in the toilet at their bottoms appropriately, absolutely(My toddler would definitely not use this appropriately though haha)! The bottle is easy to squeeze. I used this product for postpartum care rather than a peri bottle.

how long is the nozzle from top of bottle to nozzle tip?

Nozzle length is 7 inches. The white screw on section is another 3/4 inch. The total is 7 3/4 inches.

what are those white squarish things pictured apart from the actual product?

I believe that was the water bottle adapter

Is this the same as the blue bidet?

Not sure what you are asking, but it is blue.
