100% coffee—Brazilian Robusta, dark roast. We brew the coffee and then spray-dry it for quick dissolving and a bold, consistent cup.

How is it decaffeinated (is EA “sugarcane” decaf safe)?

We use Ethyl Acetate (EA)—often called sugarcane decaf. EA (a food-safe compound that can be derived from sugarcane) binds to caffeine in the beans; gentle steam removes both EA and caffeine, preserving flavor. It’s a widely used, safe process.

Does decaf mean zero caffeine?

Not quite. Decaf isn’t caffeine-free—there can be trace amounts remaining. Actual caffeine depends on serving strength

Can I use this like decaf espresso powder?

Yes—for dbaked goods and most recipes. As a dark-roast, spray-dried decaf, it works well as a decaf “espresso-style” powder.
