Created by three men in Hollywood to discreetly increase your height, the orthopedically designed LiftKits Men's Universal Height Increasing Inserts let you add more than an inch in height so you look instantly taller. The cushioned heel lifts adds 3/4 inch, and it includes a detachable adjustment of 1/2 inch for total added height of 1 1/4 inches. The universal design with a low heel shape can be worn in most shoes, but is best worn in shoes with a low ankle, like loafers and dress shoes.

I wish they were different.
I like the liftkits but if they were 2.5 inches wider and about 2.5 inches longer and a little bit thinner they would be great. I wish they were like my spenco heel cushions. The reason why I like them is because they don't slide around inside my shoes but make them for hiking shoes and my RBKs and we'll call them good.I need to be able to use them better with my spenco arch supports.

Does lift, Not Comfortable
3/4 inch is enough of a lift and it does the job, but with just a heel lift walking becomes tough. Its OK for a short lift need. Would not use it every day. Its in my car trunk now for emergencies.

Son Loves them
Tired of lifts going flat these fit and are great. Don't need both just on one side to help my back.

Good for taller shoes
I bought these so I can wear them with my dress shoes when my wife wears her high heels, but at full height my feet slip out of my shoes and at half height they aren't tall enough to make a difference. They're also very narrow so part of my foot has these inserts digging into them. I eventually don't notice it when I'm mostly sitting but they aren't good for walking or dancing.

Excellent solution for different leg lengths
After the surgery on my shattered left femur (thigh bone), I was left with a leg that's 1 1//4" shorter than the right leg. With these in my shoe (have to use either a boot, high-top sneaker or ankle strap shoe), I can walk normally, no limp or side-to-side motion, you'd never know I've ever been injured. I use "industrial strength" velcro to hold this into any open back shoe, and also to cover the holes in the bottom of the lift, if I'm barefoot inside a shoe. It takes some patience to work out this kind of problem, but, with liftkits, it can be done.
