Quality metal counter. This one was half the price of a cheaper quality plastic one at dicks sporting goods. So far it works perfectly and feels durable.

Very cheap but if you're not playing with it and just using it as intended then it will last.
Don't roll the dial backwards. Not even once. Don't roll all 4 reels over from 0 just for fun. Just hold it, click it, reset it slowly, put it back on the shelf.
