Q: Hi I'm 5'11 140lbs. What size should I buy??

Well, I'm 5'6 185,lbs and bought XL they fit well and stretch and are very comfortable. For you I would recommend the XL as well. You are 5" taller than i am and 45lbs lighter but I trust this will be a good fit for you.

Q: Would they work for -10 degree running outside? Thanks

No. Here in Atlanta was 30 to 50 degrees and I was shivering! Is for 50 degrees or higher. So it is useless for me be ause it's been around 30 to 40 lately!

Q: it says to hang dry. Has anyone used a dryer? Do they hold up or shrink to a crumpled mess?

Frankly I didn't realize that the instructions called for hang drying. Mine have been machine dried on low heat and they've come out just fine.

Q: Do they smell after a period of time?

Sorry, we haven't had it long enough to experience that
