Pain meds never worked for me / generally don't help me at all, but I just got this cuz I remembered I used to take it and it helped a surprising amount. Took three of these and they helped so much. Just as-needed for me, as I usually get dizziness / vestibular migraines without pain (B2 and Magnesium help make my chronic dizziness very minimal), but yesterday and today I had so much pain I woke up from it and couldn't work or anything. I was out of Migranol so I ordered some more and with Amazon's quick shipping, I just received it and will hopefully be good to go quite soon now i've taken these :) Update: Still works! My migraine pain is basically gone, no more debilitating headache after three of these :)

I have suffered from menstrual migraines for almost 20 years. Every month the migraines would last 4 or 5 days and I would have to fight them with prescription medication that came with risks I wasn't comfortable with. I thought a week of migraines every month was just something I had to live with. A few months ago I began tweaking my diet, seed cycling and also started taking 2 of these a day in the days leading up to my menstrual cycle, through the cycle itself and for a few days following. I have not had a migraine for a few months now. I think it may be a combination of all of these things that has done it. I am amazed and so so happy! Wish I found this a long time ago. Ended Twenty years suffering, while forced to take harsh Triptans. Why missing this B2 solution? Because massive ignorance medical community.

I have been using Migranol for a long time now, and it really works well as a management for migraine headaches. Where I used to get them literally all the time, now they are few and far between. LOVE this product! HOWEVER, the new packaging, (glass bottle, or hard plastic, whatever it is) does not hold up well in the shipping. The last two months I have placed my order and received this new bottle, and both times it has come in broken. Last month, it was only the lid, so I was not concerned. This month, when I brought my package in, I could hear the capsules rattling around in the envelope! When I opened it up, the bottle was broken (shattered) in two places, the capsules were all over the place in the bag, and there were tiny shards of glass (it looks like glass to me,) all in the bottom of the packaging. I am not one to complain, I am super appreciative that we have people that are working hard to make sure we receive what we need during this time when most everything else is shut down. But really?! I believe that if the bottle, (packaging) were still the plastic, then there would not have been an issue in transit. Unfortunately, I need them now, so I am reduced to sorting through and trying to make sure there aren't any 'shards of glass' in the ones I need.

I've been suffering from Vertigo for quite a few years..... I'm not saying this stuff cured. My Doctor wanted me to try it instead of going on medication. I ordered my first bottle about a week ago. I have been feeling well and my head is balanced. the dizziness is gone and I feel energetic. once again this is my first time trying this Herbal "vitamins" and I'm just hoping that it will continue to help my condition. going on second month now that I've been taking these. so far so good no vertigo! update it's now 2021 and since I started taking this vitamin and no sign of Vertigo thank God!

By wife: Gave it a 3 because I know every body is different. I took it twice at the very onset of the migraine. Both times my cycle started early, within 12 hours. I’m not touching it again. Obviously it works for many people, I wasn’t one of them.

Recently diagnosed with Vestibular Neuritis & have Vestibular Migraine as a result. Diagnosing physician suggested taking fever few and/or butterburr as a preventative. I started on the Migranol prior to being able to see a neurologist and after about 3 weeks on the supplement began having fewer migraine days and was feeling better. I have been on Migranol 6 months now and tried not taking it and noticed a huge increase in the number of migraines without it so went back to it and have been much better being on it. It takes a few weeks to receive peak efficacy but I highly recommend it's use for those who suffer from classic migraine or as in my case vestibular migraine. I'm not migraine free but I've gone from being a daily sufferer to having periods of 2-3 weeks without migraine. I also take prescription medication to help prevent migraine and noticed when I was off the Migranol for a time, I went back to having more migraine days than I had without taking it. I am very careful to take it every 8 hours, 3 times a day.

I like this company based on their quality of products and availability. However I sent this back as it was not effective for reducing or ridding me of any headache/migraine.
