Excellent for liquid foundation
The dense bristles are excellent for applying liquid foundation. The ferrule is heavy, and brush has a quality feel in the hand, making it pleasant to use.

Nothing to dislike...foundation looks beautufully blended

Good for the job but not soft enough
Not bad in terms of doing what it's supposed to do, I like the way it spreads the foundation, but the brush is a bit scratchy. You can feel it on the skin, it's not really soft.

I’ve spent a small fortune on makeup brushes over the years. This is not my first Sigma brush but it’s the first time I’ve ever tried their Airbrush Kabuki brush. I expected it to perform similar to the F80 or the contoured kabuki brush which were great but never have a flawless, near poreless finish. I was happily stunned by how this brush performed! I’m in my 40s with somewhat large pores, married to my moisturizer and never end up liking the way foundation looks on my skin but this little brush has changed my mind. I first tried it with my very inexpensive Coverage Foundation from The Ordinary (I’m talking $6.90/bottle inexpensive). I swear I’m not exaggerating when I say it never looked quite right on my skin until I used this brush to apply it. The next day I tried it with my $45 Il Makiage Foundation and it looked flawless as well. This brush truly does give an airbrushed finish, medium coverage that’s “buildable” with the right foundation for those who need more coverage in some areas. Best makeup purchase I’ve made in a long time!
