The product I received looks like it was used and damaged.

The steam button or something inside did not work, the steam went on and off without stopping, then turned off at all!

Received the item incomplete and damaged.

Ik heb 1 besteld maar ik kreeg helaas gewoon gebruikte product ben zeer teleurgesteld in Amazon hoe kan je zo gebruikte product met veel gebruik sporen als nieuw product verkopen??? dat snap ik niet kost mij ook veel tijd en moeite om weer terugsturen heel erg jammer dit want vind strijkijzer erg goed ik denk niet dat nog eens gaan bestellen want ben bang dat ik weer gebruikte product krijg

Jestem zadowolona z zakupu. Duża siła parowania, możliwość wyczepienia i przenoszenia stacji parowej. Prasuje lepiej niż widziałam na różnych filmikach.

Thought I would try this, have a family of 5 adults and the ironing pile is a joke. Used other irons, expensive makes etc. which are all right for a while but you have to iron both sides of the garment . I have a rotary iron and this is so much better, I can now declutter and sell my rotary . It is so fast and easy, great steam easy to use, and pack away. You don’t even have to iron both sides of your clothing. Wish I had got one sooner . Thanks Tefal .
