Does what it says on the tin. Super easy to use and water tank capacity is good when you don't always need to refuel unlike those small handheld steamers. It is a bit pricey but worth the investment

Best iron ever
Is so easy to use and any fabric can be iron easily. The only con is that the parts of the product came a bit peel and ruin but I noticed this to late so I couldn’t change it. Apart from that is the best product I bought during the last Black Friday !

Tefal IXEO QT2020 TERRIBLE Works for a year Customer Service is dreadful - no right to repair
When working the item is super useful - however it only works for a year and I was very careful to only use deionised water and used it according to instruction. £300 for one year of usage - no customer help utterly refuse to reply - will need to engage in legal for compensation. I do NOT RECOMMEND. AND NEW Update after reaching out to legal for repair documenting purchase I have been refused even under right to repair so will need to request a civil suit - strongly do NOT recommend the company does not even have the decency to reply to customer once they know it’s a warranty request for this item - no steam at all and it will not even stick a patch on. Does not work - this is a rotten terrible appliance - does not steam or iron.
