I take this everyday. I find that vitamins help me stay in good mood and maintain energy through the day. I don't like to take vitamins in pills, that's just me. This gummies from Olly's are perfect. They taste good and have the same good effect for me. Yes there is some sugar in it but it's very low so I don't mind.
